Library Policies
At RCPL we are dedicated to making the library experience as pleasant as possible for everyone who comes here. To help accomplish that, we've provided a patron code of conduct. Changes may be made at any time as determined by the Board of Directors.
Fine Information
Fines are 10 cents per day for each overdue book and audio item and $1.00 per day for each overdue movie. Fines never exceed $3.00 per item unless a replacement is billed.
These fines apply to ALL patrons. To avoid paying fines, make sure you renew! You can come in person, call, or sign on to your account through the catalog and renew online to save yourself a fine!
